Email to ledger. End to end. Autonomous.

Four pillars. One inventory. One Agent Inbox. RenewalPad handles the procurement work — discovery, negotiation, cancellation, and the accounting close — so your team stops being the SaaS help desk.

1 / Discovery

Find every contract, automatically.

Email and calendar ingestion (read-only Gmail / Outlook scopes) catch every invoice, receipt, and renewal notice. SSO and IdP sync, expense-card sync, and HRIS sync uncover the silent #1 source of waste: seats of people who left. An optional browser extension catches shadow IT at the moment of signup.

BENCHMARK

You're paying 31% above median for your seat band. Recommend 18% counter on renewal.

3 / Action

The autonomous procurement layer. The moat.

The negotiation agent drafts the renewal email, cites benchmarks, proposes the counter, and handles the back-and-forth. The cancellation agent files in-portal, captures confirmations, calculates refunds, and opens disputes when they don't land. Intake replaces #procurement-requests. Auto-cancel on HRIS termination — in 60 seconds.

FAQ

Honest answers, before you ask.

Is this an AI co-pilot or an autonomous agent?
Both, on a slider you control. Every action has an approval mode (draft → human review → send) and an autonomous mode (within rules you set: dollar caps, vendor allowlists, expiring-only). Most customers run negotiation in approval mode and offboard cancellations autonomously.
What data do you actually need access to?
Read-only Gmail or Outlook for invoices and renewal notices, your IdP (Okta / Google / Entra) for app inventory, your expense cards for spend reconciliation, and your HRIS for offboarding triggers. We never request write access to email — drafts go to your outbox for you to send.
How do you not become another shelfware tool?
Flat pricing scaled to the SaaS spend we manage — no per-seat fees, no take-rate on savings. If we're not earning our keep against your tracked spend, you cancel at renewal. The discipline is the product, and the savings are entirely yours to keep.
What about contracts you can't parse, or vendors who won't negotiate by email?
Anything the agent can't handle drops back into your inbox with full context — parsed terms, benchmark, recommended play. You're never blocked. The agent is a force multiplier on procurement, not a wall in front of it.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are live in under an hour: connect Google or Microsoft, connect your expense cards, point it at your IdP. Discovery runs in the background; the first renewal-radar report lands the next morning.
